I am Gardener who thinks that all people should grow some or most of their fruits. The backyard Orchard can do this for you whether big or small yard. You can grow 95 % of your Fruit on a quarter acer like we do or some smaller amount by using dwarf versions, Espalier(pruning the tree on one plane such as against a fence) or in a barrel on your patio. I can help you pick out the fruits, pick the spots and help you plant them.We have on our lot, six peach ,three cherry, three pear, two plum, one apple, two crabapple, fig and three walnut trees. We also have raspberries, blueberries, gooseberries, strawberries, blakberries and black raspberries.
